At one point during the move, I walked out to my car with some breakables. I overheard David and Michael strategizing about lifting a large sofa down a stairwell. One asked if it would be easier to orient the sofa a certain way. The other replied, “Yes, it would be a lot easier, but I want to make sure it doesn’t touch the ground.”

I have had the pleasure of using SOS (Springfield Office Solutions) Moving Company not once but twice! Hopefully I am going to be "staying put" for a while but I would not hesitate in referring SOS to anyone needing to move.

The night before the big move, they delivered my dining room set as arranged. The new house was a mess and we were still painting; it had to get finished. Stress levels were high. Unbelievably, they picked up a brush each and started painting.

The move itself could not have been easier, the office staff were friendly, helpful and coordinated everything. The guys were fabulous – a great team – they almost made moving look easy. Even after a late night painting, they were on time. Very efficient, careful and very professional.

From the first phone call to Bobby Franklin, and a subsequent phone call to Cathy Halley, I was taken by their professionalism, caring nature, and confidence in the work they were to perform. There is a curio cabinet in my living room that is a delicate piece and was of concern to me. Miles and his crew took extra precautions, as they clearly understood my concerns. Their reassurances were well founded, for their efforts proved successful as the cabinet arrived unscratched and intact.

I will be forever grateful for everything that Bobby and his men did for me during my move.

We were not only moving me out of an apartment that I had been living in for six years, it was also the apartment where my mother had lived for over thirty years. She had moved into an assisted living residence and I was moving to a new place.

Bobby and his movers did the impossible and they did it with care and efficiency. The entire apartment was packed up and my possessions moved out in less than a week with very little effort on my part. I even got my cleaning deposit back from the landlord.
