In 1970, Dennis Holt created the concept of “Media Buying Groups” when he opened Western International Media Corp. Dennis Holt is credited with creating the concept that media companies should also provide “Diversified Services” to their traditional media clients.

Dennis Holt is a pioneer in providing “branding programs” to media customers. He opened a branding and promotions division in 1971, The Promotion House.

Dennis Holt’s Western International Media was among the first media companies to provide in-house production facilities, interactive telecommunications services, direct response capabilities, multicultural media and interactive web advertising.

It is only logical that Dennis Holt evaluated opportunities in the office solutions industry and decided to form Springfield Office Solutions to meet the growing demand for a wide selection of quality, brand name office furnishings from companies like Haworth, Kimball, Westinghouse, Herman Miller and Knoll for clients from office, healthcare, education, lab environments, government, retail, etc. To provide one-stop-shop capability for clients, we also offer architectural designs/office layout services, floor plan design, graphic design, moving services, cleaning and set-up services, offsite storage, furniture delivery/installation, furniture teardown/removal, painting and carpeting.
